Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and charges have been processed, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, you may follow up at support@thekitchenvaultco.com.
No shipping is available outside the USA unless explicitly permitted at checkout. Some products may be available for shipment to Canada.
Changing Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate address changes. Please expect delays. Any additional charges from our freight company due to an address change are the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions apply.
Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we instruct our vendors to ship orders as quickly as possible, customers are responsible for all fees, including shipping charges, warehouse storage, or other costs, if they cancel due to estimated shipping delays. Filing a chargeback for shipping delays may result in criminal liability. No exceptions apply.
Shipping Options
Curbside pickup is always free and typically arrives within 5-15 days. Other options include:
Threshold Shipping: Items are brought onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
White Glove Delivery: Items are brought into your room of choice, minor assembly is performed, and all boxes and packaging are removed.
