Price Match Policy

The Kitchen Vault Co. will match or beat the lowest online price on its products.

If you find a lower price for any product on our store, we will beat it by $50 for products listed over $2,000. To be eligible, you must provide proof, such as a screenshot, invoice, or email, of the lower offer.

Policy

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than ours, please let us know, and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the best price for the product you are ordering.

Our 100% Price Match Policy has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match.

• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.

• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.

• The competitor must be an online store; they may not have a retail location.

• The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (e.g., eBay, Overstock, etc.).

• Refund requests exclude special, once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.

• The Price Match Policy includes the item price and the shipping charges; it excludes sales tax.

Certain exceptions may apply.

The Kitchen Vault Co. strives to give its customers the lowest price allowed by its manufacturers. We want you to have the best value and the best deal, which is why we always offer the best sales and discounts. The Price Match policy is also limited by the calculation of cost vs loss. If the Price Match is incurring a loss, it is up to us to make a final decision about whether we can approve the proposed price.
